Casale di Lanci e Mezzatorre consists of two luxuriant buildings commanding breathtaking views over the Umbrian countryside from their mountain perch. The main Casale accommodates up to 6 in 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with a kitchen, living and dining rooms. The Mezzatorre can accommodate up to 4 more in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom in the Mezzatorre is handicapped-accessible. The grounds include a beautiful scenic pool overlooking the valley and a tennis court.

Casale di Lanci has been restored with materials of the period and is furnished mainly with antiques. Walls are mostly of stone and open beamed ceilings; floors are antique terracotta tiles (often the designs include the local Serena stone) or parquet. The kitchen and the bathrooms are all decorated with hand-painted tiles.
