Historic charming house placed in the heart of Sassi, is a typical house with court built in the 16th century, with a court and a roof gardens. It is made up into two floors: the ground sottano  floor and the first soprano floor. It is made up by four bed rooms, two of which it could be united with a kitchen corner and unsuited bathroom. It is made up into a living room, a dining room, two TV-set and two bathrooms with shower reserved to the hosts. The furnishing preserve the precious furniture since the last of  800 to the beginning of  900, with in addiction some objects and furniture with a modern taste and an artistic flavour. Oriental carpets and original paintings make this house like an ideal destination for those who love arts and the sunshine in the heart of a landscape with an archaic beauty. It is supplied by a lift, TV set, Hi-Fi set, kitchen, washing machine, computer with internet. It is about 50 Km. from the Jonian Sea.

The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century. It was restored, but did not loose its orginal character. The grounds around the house are partly fenced and mostly wooded with oak trees and mediterranean vegetation. Country house "Casina Lamacoppa", renovated, on the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Ostuni, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 14 km from the sea, in the green. There is a water pump in 1 of the 3 single rooms, behind the door, which could be a disturbance when the water flows. The bedroom with the double pull out bed is accessible from the inside and outside of the house though separate entrances. There is another kitchenette (2 hot plates).
